TERMS & CONDITION


  • The customer, hereby, declares that all information and particulars provided to the bank are accurate and true in all aspects.


  • In case the customer did not select charges details, OAB charges will be debited from the account and correspondent bank charges from the Transfer.


  • The Value Date requested by the Customer/s is subject to currency fluctuations, holidays and the Bank's cut-off time.


  • The Bank shall not be held responsible in respect of loss or damage which may arise from failure to properly identify the parties involved in the transaction/s due to the failure of the customer to provide accurate and complete information as required.


  • The Bank shall not be held responsible for any delay, mistake or omission caused by failure in the communication caused by electronic systems.


  • The Bank shall have the right not to execute the transfer request in case of insufficient fund in the account specified in the transfer application or the identity of the applicant and / or signature is not verified.


  • All remittances/ transfers are sent at the customer's responsibility and risk. As part of its regulatory obligations, the Bank shall screen all outward remittances to satisfy itself that the payment does not violate any local or international regulations or sanction imposed on the remitters and / or beneficiaries.


  • The Bank reserves the right to seek additional information from the customer/s with regards to the beneficiary / beneficiaries, purpose of the transfer and any other information that is deemed necessary to have the remittance effected by the Bank and / or its correspondent banks. The delay in providing the additional information might delay in processing / effecting the transfer.


  • The Bank shall not be responsible in case the funds are blocked due to International sanctions and will not refund the remitted funds and the customer/s shall not have any claim whatsoever against the Bank.


  • The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Bank, its agents and correspondents against any loss, cast, damages, expense, liability or proceedings which the Bank may incur or suffer as a result of the Bank acting upon, or delaying to act upon or refraining from acting upon the said instructions.


  • The customer also agrees to waives any right, claim or legal action whatsoever against the Bank, its directors, officers or employees for any and losses, damages, costs and expenses that the customer may incur or suffer in connection with or as a result of the bank's adherence to any regulatory obligations issued by any government or international organisation.

الشروط والأحكام


  • العميل، بموجب هذا، يعلن أن جميع المعلومات والتفاصيل المقدمة للبنك دقيقة وصحيحة في جميع الجوانب


  • في حال عدم اختيار العميل لتفاصيل الرسوم، سيتم خصم رسوم OAB من الحساب ورسوم البنك المراسل من التحويل


  • تاريخ القيمة الذي طلبه العميل/العملاء يخضع لتقلبات العملة، العطلات، ووقت انتهاء العمل في البنك.




  • لا يتحمل البنك مسؤولية أي خسائر أو أضرار قد تنشأ نتيجة عدم التعرف بشكل سليم على الأطراف المشاركة في الصفقة/الصفقات نتيجة فشل العميل في تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة كما هو مطلوب


  • لا يتحمل البنك مسؤولية أي تأخير أو خطأ أو إغفال ينجم عن فشل في التواصل الناجم عن أنظمة إلكترونية




  • يحق للبنك أن لا ينفذ طلب التحويل في حالة عدم وجود أموال كافية في الحساب المحدد في طلب التحويل أو عدم التحقق من هوية المتقدم و/أو التوقيع




  • يتم إرسال جميع التحويلات بمسؤولية ومخاطرة العميل. كجزء من التزاماته التنظيمية، يقوم البنك بفحص جميع التحويلات الصادرة للتأكد من أن الدفعة لا تنتهك أي قوانين محلية أو دولية أو عقوبات مفروضة على المرسلين و/أو المستفيدين.



  • يحتفظ البنك بالحق في طلب معلومات إضافية من العميل/العملاء بشأن المستفيد/المستفيدين، والغرض من التحويل، وأي معلومات أخرى يُعتبر ضرورياً لإتمام التحويل من قبل البنك و/أو البنوك المراسلة. التأخير في تقديم المعلومات الإضافية قد يؤدي إلى تأخير في معالجة/إتمام التحويل



  • البنك لن يتحمل المسؤولية في حال تم حجب الأموال بسبب العقوبات الدولية ولن يقوم برد الأموال المحولة، ولا يحق للعميل/العملاء أن يقدم أي مطالبة ضد البنك



  • يوافق العميل على عدم مسؤولية وتعويض البنك ووكلائه والبنوك المراسلة عن أي خسارة أو تكلفة أو أضرار أو نفقات أو مسؤولية أو إجراءات يمكن أن يتعرض لها البنك نتيجة للبنك العمل بموجب، أو التأخر عن العمل بموجب، أو امتناع العمل بموجب التعليمات المذكورة



  • يوافق العميل أيضاً على التنازل عن أي حق أو مطالبة أو إجراء قانوني بأي شكل من الأشكال ضد البنك، مديريه، موظفيه أو موظفاته بسبب أي خسائر، أضرار، تكاليف، ونفقات قد يتعرض لها العميل أو يتحملها نتيجة التزام البنك بأي التزامات تنظيمية صادرة عن أي حكومة أو منظمة دولية
